Wellness is often mentioned as a priority for nearly everyone, but far fewer than that practice the small steps that make an overall difference to intentionally leading a positive, fulfilling lifestyle. As Hally puts it: “When you greet each day with a ‘fresh new day’, focusing on sunshine, hydration (with electrolytes), movement” with optimism, the small changes add up.

Also, don’t neglect great sleep habits, and be sure to maintain sufficient sleep. When you make the secondary shifts to wellness, knowing that the foundational shifts have been balanced, life becomes clearer and new changes made more smoothly. Let’s not normalize “normal”! Recognize your history, your experiences, and your resilience to make your life one of thriving.
